What is your Shipping Policy?
We work hard to ship your purchase out immediately and most items ship out the same or the next business day. Shipping rates are based on a combination of weight and destination. As soon as your purchase is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation number so that you can track its progress over to you.
ToyGunZone uses a variety of shipping methods, including USPS, FedEx and UPS. We reserve the right to use the best shipping method to get your package over to you as quickly as, or even quicker, than your selected shipping method. Please provide your complete physical address information and ensure that it is accurate!

What are your Shipping Rates?
Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item, the dimensions of the shipping box and the destination. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
The shipping rate you see comes directly from the US Postal Service or UPS calculators and rates are set by the US Postal Service or UPS, depending on your selection. Please keep in mind that our items are generally large and heavy, we are located in Southern California, and we are usually shipping across the country, so the shipping costs will reflect these factors. We try our best to keep shipping costs low for our customers and offer value in our many combos of 2-3 guns and accessories and we also include free items. We ship every day except Sunday and process orders for shipping within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Our customer testimonials reflect our fast shipping and quality items.

Do you ship internationally?
If your country is activated for international shipping, you will be able to obtain real time quotes from the US Postal Service and UPS through the shopping cart. If not, please contact us at email@example.com. Provide the item number(s) and your complete mailing address. We cannot verify international addresses so make sure your address includes all country specific information. We will review the information and let you know if your country can be activated for international shipping.
1. We will package your items carefully, complete all required customs forms, and provide you with an identification/tracking number. However, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over it and you are responsible for any follow up with the carrier.
2. Many countries prohibit entry of certain items and, due to the complexity and constant changes in customs laws, we are unable to advise which apply to your country. This is your responsibility and we suggest that you find out your country's customs regulations with regard to these items before placing your order.
3. We are not responsible if your items are seized by Customs, prohibited from entering your country, or if customs duty is assessed. Customs duties are your responsibility. We cannot refund either the cost of the item or the shipping.

Although we carefully inspect and test our items before shipping and ensure that all items you ordered are included in the package, we strongly recommend that you open, inspect and test the items immediately upon receipt. If you find damaged or non working items or if an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt of the package. Beyond this time frame, we are not responsible for any damaged, non working or missing items.
Items may be returned for a refund or store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your intention to return an item and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a physical address to mail the item back to us.
Returned items must be in the original manufacturer packaging and in good condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item (as determined by the original shipping tracking #).
Refunds may be issued either in the same form as the original payment type, or as a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the item must be returned to us at your expense.
